How to Add Reminder

  1. Click “Add”
  2. Fill in the required fields, then click “Save”
  3. After Save , the reminder status will become Ready which waiting to start.

  1. Click on the Edit icon
  2. Make changes in the required field, then click “Save”

  2. Fill in the field that you wish to filter, then click “Filter”

  1. Click "Export Reminder Report"
  2. Fill in the field that you wish to export, then click “Export”

Extra Note

  1. When the mother is checked out, all associated mother and baby reminders will be automatically expired.
  2. When a staff member is removed from an admission, they are automatically removed from all related reminders.

Reminder Status Type

StatusDescription
READYThe reminder is ready to start but has not started yet.
ACTIVEThe reminder has started and will occur according to the configured reminder settings.
EXPIREDThe reminder is no longer active because its target has been checked out or removed.
UNASSIGNEDIf the receiver is missing due to a role change or inactive status, the reminder must be reassigned to ensure continuous operation.
