How to Differentiate Normal Mother/Baby and Mother/Baby Under Alert

• Normal mother/baby are green in color
• Mother/baby under alert are labelled in red

How to View Mother/Baby Details

1. Click on the mother/baby
2. Notes added from client portal are displayed
3. For mother/baby under alert, click on the alert to view report details

How to Search & Filter Mother/Baby

1. Click “Search Mothers, Babies” then fill in the name
2. Click “Status” then select the mother/baby’s status to filter
3. Click “Room” then select the mother/baby’s assigned room to filter

How to Edit Mother/Baby's Notes

1. Click the corresponding Mother/Baby
2. Click "Edit"
3. Edit the notes, then click "Save"
4. The notes will show on the "Notes" section

How to View Upcoming Events

1. Click "Upcoming Event"

How to View Pinned Announcement

1. When admin pins an announcement in the Admin Portal, a notification window will automatically appears on the Staff App homepage
2. Click "Read Now" to view announcement details
3. Click "Read Later" to close window and go back to homepage
4. Pinned announcement is always displayed at the top of the Staff App homepage
5. Click the announcement to view the announcement details
